  This is the worst hospital I have EVER been to and it is a tier 1 (the lowest tier) hospital which is determined by cost and quality. Clearly the quality is LACKING. I haven't been to a hospital since I was a child and came to Sturdy because I had a problem. I had 10 out of 10 ear pain, thought I ruptured something, to the point that I couldn't walk because my balance was off and I was crying hysterically in pain. I waited for 3 hours before I was seen by someone, this was after threatening to leave because I was literally abandoned in a hospital room, I could have sat and screamed in pain in my own bed at 3 AM. The doctor comes in and says "sorry I am the only person on". What?! Its Friday night and people have life threatening issues, and you have one person on? That is crazy! The doc looks in my ear and says "this sucks, its just a virus, but it looks aggravated in there you will need to let it run its course, take tylenol. " A virus.... in my ear? That is causing 10 out of 10 ear pain? and I should take tylenol? I left with nothing, but a wasted night and screaming pain, oh and a $100 bill. I learned later, after I couldn't hear for 6 days that I actually had a ruptured eardrum and an ear infection! This hospital is a joke, please don't waste your time or money, just see your urgent care or Primary. If you have a true emergency, go to a Tier 3 hospital, you might pay a little more, but its worth it when you are dealing with your life.
